These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CreatorRevenue.ai (the "Website") and the purchase of digital content packs from ANSA Nexus Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or purchasing a pack, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

We are a content studio that produces finished, ready-to-post digital content (social media stories and reels) for businesses. We sell one-time content packs. We are not a social-media management agency; we do not access, operate, or post to your social accounts, and we do not guarantee any marketing, reach, engagement, or sales outcome.

2. Packs, pricing and payment

Current packs and prices are listed on our Pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR). Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or auto-renewal. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor, Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

3. Delivery

Content is delivered digitally to the email address you provide, normally within one (1) business day of successful payment. See our Delivery Policy for details. There is no physical shipment.

4. Usage rights

On full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered content for your own business's marketing across your channels. The content is produced for you; you may post, adapt captions, and reuse it. You may not resell the content as a stock/template product to third parties.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it, for ensuring any claims specific to your business are accurate, and for complying with the policies of the platforms you post on (e.g. Instagram/Meta) and applicable advertising rules, including ASCI (Advertising Standards Council of India) guidelines. Where we include a brand name or handle, you confirm you are authorised to use it.

6. Refunds & cancellation

Because content is custom-produced and delivered digitally, our refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

7. Intellectual property

The Website, our brand, and our templates and processes remain our property. Content created specifically for you is licensed to you as described in Section 4 upon full payment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that pack. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from how or where you choose to publish the content.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
