Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: because each pack is custom-produced and delivered digitally, payments are non-refundable once the content has been delivered. If a delivered file is corrupt, incomplete, or not what was ordered, we will redo or replace it free of charge.

1. Cancellation before delivery

You may cancel an order any time before your content is delivered by emailing support@creatorrevenue.ai. If we have not yet delivered your pack, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

2. After delivery

Once a pack has been delivered to your email, the sale is final and non-refundable, because the content is custom-made digital goods that cannot be "returned".

3. Our quality guarantee (free redo)

If a delivered file is corrupt, unreadable, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will redo or replace it at no cost. This is our commitment instead of a cash refund.

4. How to request

Email support@creatorrevenue.ai with your order details and, for a redo request, a description of the issue. We acknowledge requests within 72 hours.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds (i.e. valid pre-delivery cancellations) are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
