We use publicly available business information (e.g. a business name or public social handle) to prepare sample content for prospective customers.

2. Payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems. We do not collect or store your full card or bank credentials on our servers; we receive only a confirmation of payment and limited transaction metadata.

3. How we use information

To produce and deliver your content, process payments, respond to your messages, keep records required by law, and — only where relevant — send you information about your order. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: our payment processor (Razorpay) and our email/hosting providers, and where required by law. These providers are bound to protect your data.

5. Retention

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed for the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@creatorrevenue.ai. If you received sample content and do not wish to be contacted, tell us and we will remove your details.

8. Cookies & analytics

The Website uses only essential functionality and, if enabled, basic analytics to understand traffic. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
